Training made fun & easy
Learn about the ocean through the eyes of an ocean swimmer, develop new swimming techniques, and create a strong and healthy summer body.
Whether you're at the pool swimming training, or working out your core at home, you'll be following a structured program with simple lesson plans.
For extra motivation, each week there's a challenge for you to complete. If you're successful, you'll get a badge and go in the draw to win awesome prizes!
Training is fun when it's social. You can connect with other swimmers, share your journey, and organise to meet up on the big day to celebrate!

Oz Day Photo Challenge

During the Australia Day long weekend, your challenge is to go for an ocean swim & post a photo to Instagram with the #oceanfitphotochallenge. Prizes to be won!

We’ll be adding new challenges that involve ocean swimming, but they won’t be training for an event.
No way, our challenges are free. Cool huh?!
Nope. These challenges are designed to be achievable for participants that live anywhere. If you can make it to the beach during your training, it will be beneficial, but it’s not going to stop you training for the big day.
Our challenges are a great way for event organisers to add value to their events, by:
- Motivating and inspiring more people to get involved
- Giving nervous first timers the confidence to enter their first event
- Assisting previous participants in your event to re-enter at a longer distance
- Engaging your participants for an extended period in the lead up to the event.

If the challenge has already started, don’t worry, it’s not too late, you can start your training at any time.
For challenges that have not started yet
If the challenge hasn’t started, make sure you Sign Up now so we can let you know when it does start.
When your lessons are available
The first week of your challenge will be available on a Sunday, eight weeks out from your challenge event goal.
Once the challenge has started, your weekly lessons will become accessible each week on Sunday morning.
